Introduction

Scientific terminology mirrors scientific way of thinking. In this regard, there is difference in everyday and scientific thinking, which is reflected in the difference between common words that name everyday ideas and terms that name concepts. The difference between the word and the term is objectively due to the fact that they reflect the phenomena of different levels of mental activity — scientific thinking and everyday life. Even using the term in everyday life, we never think about the scientific content of the corresponding concept, but we mean precisely the surface.

The relevance of the topic of the term paper

The relevance of the topic of the given term paper is accounted for by the interest of the language researchers to the problem of the scientific terminology.

Scientific terminology has always been of great interest to linguistic scholars. There is a significant amount of research on this topic: works by I.V. Arnold, V.M. Leichik and others.
