Введение:
In this work, we propose measures aimed at reducing
the duration of the turnover of material resources to the enterprise. Increasing
material productivity in logistics processes is possible by reducing the cost
of organizing the flow of material resources. This is possible due to the
standardization of work with suppliers, as a result of which the
FrieslandCampina will choose the supplier: with the lowest price; the most
favorable from the economic point of view, criteria of delivery; with maximum
quality.
Optimization and modern approach to the organization
of purchasing logistics significantly improve the commercial performance of
trade enterprises. Thus, according to Kenneth Lysons, reducing the costs
incurred during purchases by 4% can lead to an increase in the number of sales
by up to 20%. The main idea of the logistics concept in the field of
procurement is to interact with partners and develop relationships with
suppliers. Choosing a supplier for an enterprise becomes a strategic decision.
The FrieslandCampina supply partnership will lead to improved quality, the
possibility of using modern technologies in purchasing activities, reduces
logistics costs throughout the supply chain, and contributes to an increase in
the volume of products produced. Logistics is subject to changes related to
scientific and technological progress and achievements. It is changing rapidly,
responding to the external conditions of the organization of trade activities
and the market, thereby solving problems related to procurement. These include:
a shortage of goods or an excess of them in warehouses, as well as supply
disruptions. Changes, in addition to the positive aspects of development,
entail new problems that should be taken into account at the stage of building
the procurement system. Due to the active use of the Global Internet in
Commerce, supply chains have become shorter, thereby reducing the number of
intermediaries. And many manufacturers, regardless of their geographical
distance from consumers, have moved to a convenient and less expensive B2C
sector for buyers [1].
In this regard, the work will consider two main areas:
standardization of work with suppliers and the acquisition of a software
package for logistics automation.
Заключение:
When implementing supplier selection standards the
company’s gross profit will be 804451.6 thousand $
When implementing software in the field of logistics
automation the company’s gross profit will be 791484 thousands $
When implementing supplier selection standards, as
well as software in the field of logistics automation, the company’s gross
profit will amount to 821760 thousands $
Thus, the implementation of the recommended measures:
1) purchase of new software for automation of
logistics processes at a cost of 500 thousand$,
2) implementation of supplier selection standards in
accordance with the developed model — effective at the initial stage of
changes, and begins to positively affect the competitive advantages of the
FrieslandCampina.
The best results in business are achieved by those
organizations that use the concept of integrated logistics in their activities,
based on the interaction of all functional areas of logistics: supply, material
and technical production and sales. Modern integrated logistics considers
end-to-end management of flows of the logistics system passing through all its
links.
Therefore, we can conclude that the effectiveness of
the logistics system consists in a systematic, integrated approach to the
management of all structural divisions of the enterprise, which cover and
coordinate all production processes, as well as the purchase, transportation,
delivery and distribution of finished products in accordance with concluded
contracts with consumers.
Фрагмент текста работы:
1. Development of measures to reduce the duration of
turnover of material resources in the enterprise
Experts highlight the current trend aimed at reducing
the number of suppliers. The purpose of the FrieslandCampina’s commercial
activities is to make a profit. Its maximization primarily depends on the level
of product sales and the degree of advantages in the purchasing conditions.
This means that the FrieslandCampina is forced to correctly build interactions
with suppliers of goods and materials.
The FrieslandCampina supplier selection belongs to the
category of logistics tasks, so the selection is made with an emphasis on
factors such as timely delivery and compliance of the delivered product with
the needs of the buyer [2].
In this regard, enterprises face an urgent question –
"Make or Buy" — either to produce independently, which neutralizes
the above factors, or to contact suppliers, which is less expensive, but at the
same time, the threat of possible dependence on them is not excluded. The way
of own production is considered to be economically justified if there are no
suppliers of the required goods or materials on the market. However, the
specific activity of the FrieslandCampina is the production of dairy products.
The company purchases containers, stickers, packaging, and materials from
suppliers. Therefore, the FrieslandCampina is advisable to enter into
cooperation agreements with supplier companies.
The selection of suppliers is an important and primary
task of the FrieslandCampina purchasing logistics, which is able to reduce the
cost of organizing logistics processes and increase material productivity at
the enterprise.
When choosing a supplier for a company, the
FrieslandCampina management can use the following algorithm. The specifics of
the FrieslandCampina products determine the length of the selection process;
the cheaper the product, the less time is spent on each of the following
stages: search for potential suppliers; supplier reliability analysis; placing
an order and its implementation. The search for suppliers is carried out on the
FrieslandCampina by tender method or through specialized exhibitions and fairs,
advertising campaigns and subjective preferences. The reliability analysis
involves a procedure for evaluating potential suppliers of the FrieslandCampina
through their compliance with the selection criteria. Within the framework of
this work, a list has been compiled for which the assessment is made, including
a ranked list of 21 criteria, among which the main and equivalent in importance
are: the cost of purchasing products; the quality; the distance of the supplier
from the company; the terms of order execution; the presence of spare capacity;
the financial position of the supplier. Selection analysis is creative and
subjective. This is due to the fact that the hierarchy of criteria for
evaluating suppliers for each enterprise on the FrieslandCampina is built
individually, and the level of a particular indicator is determined directly by
the expert method. As part of this work, an algorithm for the quality of work
with suppliers on the FrieslandCampina has been compiled.
