Заключение:
Summing up, we come to the conclusion that an ordinary person alas is not destined to become king or Queen of great Britain. However, modernity knows quite a few examples of marriage of princes and ordinary girls, when the bride, and later his wife became duchesses. As for the males, alas, they must be born in the marriage of the Prince-the legitimate heir and his wife.

Theoretical part
The order of succession to the British throne determines the order of succession to the throne of the United Kingdom of great Britain and Northern Ireland and the other 15 States of The British Commonwealth.
The current laws of succession in Britain are the result of the natural evolution of the respective laws of England and Scotland.
In 1689, the English Parliament passed the famous bill of rights, a law establishing the order of succession to the throne in England, Scotland and Ireland, which is still in force with minor changes.
It clearly stated that only Protestants could be on the British throne. If the Protestant for some reason decided to marry a Catholic, the crown will have to say goodbye once and for all.
The order of succession in the United Kingdom of great Britain and Northern Ireland is still governed by the «Bill of rights» adopted in the 17th century.
Some changes were introduced only by the «law of 2013 on succession to the throne», which abolished the advantage of the male heir. Now the crown will be transferred in accordance with the right of «absolute birthright» regardless of the sex of the first child of the Royal couple.
The same law stated that although Catholics still could not inherit the throne, Protestants married to Catholics could.
There are criteria for the inheritance case to comply with to this day.
Legitimacy.
Only those born in marriage have special rights to the British throne. Children born out of marriage were excluded from inheritance; the follow marriage of the parents did not change anything in that relation. The law on Royal marriages of 1772 required agree of the monarch to the marriages of the heries of George II, except when these heries belonged to another Royal family. In the case of such a marriage without agree of the monarch child of the marriage is formally considered illegitimate, which is not quite true legally. Since the middle of the XIX century there have been no cases of refusal or marriage without notice of the monarch.
The advantage of elder and male.
The throne is follow by the eldest legitimate son of the previous king; in the absence of such right, it is passed to the eldest daughter. The follow line include relatives of the persons, there are his brothers and sisters. Sons are always go before daughters, but this does not delete daughters from the order of inheritance, unlike the inheritance of the French type (Salic law).
In April 2011, the British government asked a question about the possibility of changing the law which regulating rules for follow the throne so that it fit to simple rule first born, that is, without the advantage of the male, as well as allowing marriages of heirs to the throne with Catholics. This will regulating the law about line with modern social norms of male and freedom of religion. The question of the reform of the following the throne was asked for discussion in the UK.
At the summit in Australia on 28 October 2011, the heads of state and government of the member States of the organisation approved the changes in the rules of following the British throne. According to the new rights of following, the men heir loses his priority over the woman, and the order of follow throne is fit by simple older members. However, the new rules do not affect the order of follow among the heirs, who already born. In December 2012, changes to the rules of the follow were agreed by the parliaments of the States that approved them.
Religion.
At the moment of the following to the throne, the heir must be a Protestant and have a communion with the Anglican Church. A person who follow the British throne, with Catholicism or marriage to a person of the Catholic faith, is excluded from the rights of inheritance. This rule does not apply to other religions. As we told in Australia on 28 October 2011, the principle that the future British monarch could not be married to Catholics was also annulled.
