REGULATION
OF INTEREST GROUPS IN RUSSIA
In
the modern world, it is very important to take into account the mood of people,
their interests, views and attitude to politics in order to make any political
decisions. Society itself is characterised by the fact that people in all
spheres of life, including political life, are guided by certain interests that
are embodied in groups (interest groups) and interact with the state.
Today,
the role and activity of interest groups is increasing, so it is necessary to
study this phenomenon in more depth. It is important to understand the cause of
this phenomenon.
This
essay examines the main form regulations of interest groups, identifies the
features of their interaction with public authorities in the Russian political
space.
In
their research, some scientists conclude that the policy reflects the interests
of the most powerful groups.
Interest
groups have existed throughout the history of mankind — since the beginning of
power systems. The driving motive is the desire to realise a specific interest,
expressed, as a rule, in status privileges, power, or in various forms of
obtaining material benefits. Interest groups, however, are intermediaries
between the state and society. Their goal is not only to achieve maximum
results, but also to create flexible modes.
It
is for these reasons that the study of this issue has been and remains
relevant.
The
problem of interest groups is studied as a complex, interdisciplinary
phenomenon that manifests itself in many areas of society.
The
concepts of interest groups were developed and studied by a large number of
prominent scientists, including M. Weber, R. Dahl, T. Hobbes, and I. Kant. they
revealed the very nature of interest, and M. Olson, M. Gilas, and F. Schmitter
first applied a systematic and structural-functional approach to the study of
interest groups and pressure groups.
The
development of the theory of interest groups in Russian political science was
described in the works of A.V. Pavroz, S. P. Peregudov, A. Zudin, and others.
In
general, assessing the level of knowledge of the problem, it should be noted
that the scientific community has done a thorough job to identify its nature
and essence, models, mechanisms of work of interest groups. At the same time,
it is worth noting that this paper presents systematic information about the
process of forming the concept of interest groups, it is detailed study, and
its impact on social processes, which was not previously considered in such
detail.
Interest
groups (or social groups) play an increasingly important role in modern
political processes.
